Tapestry Brass Named
“Ensemble-in-Residence”

Vero Beach, Florida: Tapestry Brass is pleased to announce that the Orlando-based quintet has accepted the title of “Ensemble-in-Residence” at Community Church of Vero Beach. As a chamber music ensemble with a unique stewardship, Tapestry Brass is celebrating this opportunity to expand their instrumental music ministry by partnering with such a recognized church music program. The quintet strives to exemplify the spiritual inspiration of sacred music by offering the finest brass music at services of worship, weddings, concerts, festivals, conventions and other occasions.

The quintet has performed throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions to diverse audiences and rave reviews. In May 2008, the quintet traveled to Virginia for a fifth time to be featured as special guest artists with the music ministry of First Baptist Church Richmond, shared a program with the Treasure Coast choral ensemble, Atlantic Schola Cantorum, and supported the University of Phoenix – Orlando Campus annual commencement program.  

The group performs  traditional brass literature in addition to a full repertoire of unique arrangements and transcriptions.  Upcoming engagements for the 2008 Christmas season include: :
